The Patriots are going to Canada!!! This Friendship Tournament will be held Friday, March 28th & Saturday, March 29th. On 3/28 our game will be at 7:00 p.m. and on 3/29 the game will be at 12:30 p.m. We are planning on making hotel reservations for Friday night only. If anyone would like to stay Friday and Saturday, you can arrange that with the hotel when you call in for your reservations.
We have reserved 17 rooms at the Comfort Hotel in London, Ontario. All the rooms are being held in the Mt. Clemens Patriots name. Please call and transfer ONE room only to your credit card no later than March 13, 2003. All rooms will be released after that date and we will be unable to get those back. I have reserved enough rooms for every family to have one room. If you need more you will need to go outside of our block to get that. The phone # to the hotel is 519-661-0233.
The Patriots have been given a group rate of $95.00 Canadian. This rate is for 4 people to a room. There is a $10.00 fee for any extra family members. The trip to London is approximately 2 hours (allow extra time for the border check).
Please let Julie know when your reservations are made. Any rooms that are not spoken for by 3/13 will be cancelled. If you need to cancel your room, please allow 48 hours prior to our arrival date.
